*Industry experience to include: machining, injection molding, medical & FDA environments
*15+ years of mechanical design: CAD, CAM, Solidworks
*Development of work cells, layout efficiency and improvement, fixture design
*Continuous Improvement: Root Cause Analysis, Gemba, Kaizen, 5s
*Quality: Development and implementation of Quality System Procedures, Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions
*Proficient with 3D CAD software (Solidworks), Inspection criteria creation software (Solidworks Inspection), and 2D CAD software (AutoCAD)
*Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures including turning, milling, swiss operation, 5-axis milling, EDM wiring, injection molding, MIG/TIG welding, laser welding, sheet metal forming, polishing, sand-blasting/glass beading, laser marking, plasma cutting, water jetting and assembly
*Fluent in GD&T (ASME) Y14.5-2009, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, ISO 13485:2003, FDA
requirements/regulations and CAPA procedures
